2. Human Capital Category
This category is designed for candidates with strong education, work experience, and language proficiency. Open streams include:
- Ontario Express Entry: French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream – Prioritizes bilingual candidates (English & French) with strong CRS scores.
- Ontario Express Entry: Skilled Trades Stream – Open to candidates with skilled trades experience in Ontario under the CEC or FSW categories.
Note: The Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream is temporarily paused but is expected to reopen later in 2025.
3. Masters and PhD Graduate Streams
- Masters Graduate Stream – Open to candidates who completed a master’s degree at an eligible Ontario university.
- PhD Graduate Stream – For individuals who completed a PhD program at an Ontario university.
4. Entrepreneur Stream
Open for candidates looking to establish or purchase a business in Ontario. Eligibility is based on investment amount, business experience, and job creation in the province.
