Book a Consultation

The Initial Consultation Agreement is between Meenakshi Tyagi (RCIC #R710661) and the client.

As part of the consultation, the consultant receives sufficient information to provide a full analysis and comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimates of time frames, consultation fees, and costs.

Client responsibility: Client must furnish the RCIC with the pertinent facts and documents needed for a successful consultation. It is essential that all information be accurate and truthful, even if it may be detrimental or unfavorable to the eventual outcome of their application or status. An omission of relevant details could potentially invalidate this Agreement, as well as negatively affect Client’s results.

Where relevant, the advice provided by the RCIC to Client is based on the current Canadian immigration law and policy at the date of consultation. Any change in government legislation or policy that may impact the processing of a subsequent application by the Client is not the responsibility of the RCIC.

It is not guaranteed that RCIC will be able to assist Client with his or her business, education, employment, or immigration goals.

This professional obligation exists to encourage candid and complete communications between the Client and the RCIC. Confidentiality: RCIC is required to preserve the Client’s confidences and secrets. RCIC will not divulge any information or documentation provided by Client and reviewed by it to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

In addition to the laws of the Province of Ontario, the Federal Laws of Canada will apply to this agreement.

Meenakshi Tyagi, RCIC #R710661 is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship (CICC) and is bound by its By-Laws, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
